Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Employees of any company associated with the Giveaway and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
3. Employees of Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd, its contractors, related agencies or immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.

How to Enter

1. Enter the Giveaway contest by signing up for a Vital Program (CPAP therapy program Vital360, CPAP therapy program 1Vital, or portable home Oxygen program VitalO2) by 30/04/25.
2. You can submit enquiry for our Vital360 CPAP therapy program or 1Vital CPAP therapy program in store (https://sleepsolutionsaustralia.com/therapy-locations/), through the national call centre (1300 36 02 02) or online (https://sleepsolutionsaustralia.com/vital-360-your-patient-care-program/) between 9:00am on 16/04/25 and close of business for stores on 30/04/25, you will provide your first name, last name, email, phone number, and address.
3. You can submit enquiries for VitalO2 our portable home Oxygen program through the national call centre (1300 36 02 02) between 9:00am on 16/04/25 and 5pm AEST 30/04/25. You can find out more about Vital O2 here: https://au.healthcare.airliquide.com/VITAL-O2

Winner determination

1. One winner will be drawn on 26/05/25 and contacted by phone number and email on the same day by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department. 
2. Each eligible contestant will be numbered by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department and the winner will be selected randomly using the random number generator: (https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/statistics/random-number-generator.php). Any information collected for the purposes of the draw will be deleted after the winner is notified and provided with the voucher. 
3. Selecting the winner of the Giveaway will be witnessed by one Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd employee who is not involved with the Giveaway campaign. The name of the witness and their position at Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd will be recorded and kept on file.
4. If the winner does not respond to the phone call, voicemail or email within 14 business days, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure.

Giveaway Prize Conditions

1. The Giveaway Prize is a $200 Visa Gift Card. 
2. The voucher is valid for 3 years.
3. The Giveaway Prize will be delivered or emailed to the winner via email within 7 business days after the winner accepts the prize.
4. The Giveaway Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions of Air Liquide Healthcare.
5. Air Liquide Healthcare shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense damage or claim whatsoever arising from any act, omission or default (whether negligent or otherwise) of the Visa Gift Card, any of its providers or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
