Better sleep starts here!
If you think that you are at risk of having obstructive sleep apnea, Screen yourself and get started today.

  • Screen yourself with Stop-bang Questionnaire

At-home sleep apnea testing is an easy, cost-effective way to figure out whether you’re having trouble breathing. An at-home sleep apnea test may be appropriate for you if you have signs of obstructive sleep apnea, such as:

    • A sleep partner reporting that you snore, snort or gasp while sleeping
    • Disrupted sleep
    • Daytime sleepiness

With an at-home study, you’ll be in the comfort of your own surroundings, which can mean a more accurate reading of how you actually sleep.

Your Pathway to Better Sleep

Two Options:

  1. Private Pathway (Self-funded):

    • Quickly screen yourself with the Stop-Bang Questionnaire. If you score 4 or higher, order and pay for a convenient home-based sleep test. Choose a nearby clinic to pick up the testing equipment, perform the test in your own bed, and receive a comprehensive report with recommendations from an independent Sleep Physician. You’ll then have a face-to-face consultation with our experienced sleep consultants at the same clinic to discuss your results and CPAP options.
  2. Medicare Pathway (Subject to eligibility):

    • Take the Stop-Bang Questionnaire to see if you might be at risk. If your score is 4 or higher, download our Sleep Study Referral Form. Bring the completed form to your General Practitioner (GP) to discuss your eligibility for a Medicare-supported home-based sleep study. Once approved, your GP or you can send the completed referral form to us for processing.
