Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 Information on how to enter this promotion and the prize to be won forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants (“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
1.2 Entry is only open to Australian residents (in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory) aged eighteen (18) years or over
1.3 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, and any of the Promoter’s agencies, suppliers or contractors associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
1.4 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but is under no obligation, to verify the validity of any entry or information provided by an entrant (including identity, age, and residential address). The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or where false or misleading information has been provided. All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.5 This promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 14 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
1.6 Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are recorded by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries for any reason, including technical difficulties.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, during the Promotional Period, you must:
- Complete and submit the official competition survey in full.
- Opt in for marketing communications upon survey completion.
2.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
2.3 Incomplete, indecipherable, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
3. Prize and Draw
3.1 There is one (1) prize to be won. The total prize pool value is AUD $9,983.48
3.2 The Prize consists of a one-year supply of HelloFresh, provided as credit, vouchers, or another mechanism as determined by the Promoter, valued at AUD $9,983.48. Redemption shall be subject to any HelloFresh terms and conditions.
3.3 The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd, 4/270 Lahrs Road, Ormeau QLD 4208. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received.
3.4 The winner will be notified in writing on the draw date and must claim their prize by responding within 90 days. If the winner fails to claim the prize, a second chance draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at the same location.
3.5 The winner’s name and postcode will be published at https://sleepsolutionsaustralia.com/diabetes-landing/ within 30 days of the draw date (or second chance draw date) and will remain on the website for a minimum of 28 days.
3.6 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable.
4. General Conditions
4.1 If this promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
4.2 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize, which is supplied by a third party. Promotion participants agree that any potential claim or dispute concerning the Prize service will be resolved directly with the supplier in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction suffered by the winner arising from or in connection with the redemption or use of the Prize. However, this clause is not intended to limit any statutory rights participants may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws.
5. Privacy
5.1 The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose limited PI to third parties, including prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
5.2 The Promoter will handle PI in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://au.healthcare.airliquide.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy contains details on how entrants may access or correct their PI, or make a privacy related request or complaint.
5.3 By participating in the survey, You explicitly consent to the collection and use of your PI (which may include sensitive personal information) for:
- the purposes of the survey; and
- the administration of this promotion (including for the purpose of determining eligibility to participate).
The Promoter may use and publish the results of the survey. However, any sensitive PI gathered in the course of the survey regarding participant health information will be aggregated and anonymised prior to any publication.
6. Subject to Platform rules
A link to this promotion may appear on a variety of social media platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any such social media platforms. By entering this promotion (and subject to any applicable laws), you agree to a complete release of such social media platforms from any liability. You also agree to comply with the terms of use of the relevant social media platform used to engage with this promotion.
