Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Employees of any company associated with the Giveaway and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
3. Employees of Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd, its contractors, related agencies or immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
4. By participating in this Giveaway entrants agree to Facebook’s terms of use and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter:

1. Enter the Giveaway contest by following our Air Liquide Healthcare Australia Facebook page between 7:00am on 13 March 2023 (AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight time) and 11:59pm on 19 March 2023 AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight time).

Winner determination

1. One winner will be drawn on March 20, 2023 between 9:00am and 5:00pm (AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
2. Each eligible contestant will be numbered by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department and the winner will be selected randomly using the random number generated (https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/statistics/random-number-generator.php). Any information collected for the purposes of the draw will be deleted after the winner is announced and provided with the voucher.
3. The Giveaway will be witnessed by one Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd employee who is not involved with the Giveaway campaign. The name of the witness and their position at Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd will be recorded and kept on file.
4. The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message from the Air Liquide Healthcare Australia’s Facebook page on March 20, 2023.
5. If the winner does not respond to the direct message notification and provides an email address to send the Giveaway prize within 14 business days of the direct message being sent, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn.
6. The winner will be announced on the Air Liquide Healthcare Australia Facebook page (identified by first name and city/town location only) after the winner has acknowledged the win by responding to the direct message sent by Air Liquide Healthcare Australia’s Facebook page.

Giveaway Prize

1. The Giveaway Prize is a Red Balloon gift voucher to the value of $300 which is redeemable on the Red Balloon website.
2. The Red Balloon voucher is valid for 5 years from the purchase date of March 3, 2023.
3. The Giveaway Prize will be delivered to the winner via email within 7 business days after announcing the winner.
4. The voucher (and any ‘experience’ services redeemed with it) are supplied by RedBalloon. Voucher redemption will be subject to RedBallon’s standard terms and conditions (available at:https://help.redballoon.com.au/s/article/Terms-and-Conditions) which may be subject to change. Any eventual experience redeemed with the voucher may be subject to terms imposed by the eventual ‘experience’ provider.
5. The Giveaway Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions of Red Balloon or Air Liquide Healthcare.
6. Air Liquide Healthcare shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense damage or claim whatsoever arising from any any act, omission or default (whether negligent or otherwise) of Red Balloon, any of its experience providers or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
