Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2. Employees of any company associated with the Giveaway and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
3. Employees of Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd, its contractors, related agencies or immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.

How to Enter

1. Enter the $1000 Gift Card Draw by purchasing any of the below devices from September 15th to September 30th ;
   • 1 x CPAP Device = 1 ENTRY
   • 1 x Portable Oxygen Concentrator = 1 ENTRY
2. Valid entries include device purchases made online, in clinics or partner locations.
3. Sales must be processed and billed in Great Plains (GP), patients must agree to marketing for communication purposes and have a valid email and phone number.
4. Valid for device purchases made from 15/09/2025 until 30/09/2025.

Winner determination

1. 1. 1. Winners will be drawn on 06/10/2025 and contacted by phone number and email on the same day by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department. 
      2. Sales must be processed and billed in Great Plains (GP), patients must agree to marketing and include a valid email and phone number.
      3. Each eligible contestant will be numbered by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department and the winner will be selected randomly using the random number generator

      (https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/statistics/random-number-generator.php). Any information collected for the purposes of the draw will be deleted after the winner is notified and provided with the voucher. 

      1. Selecting the winner of the Giveaway will be witnessed by one Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd employee who is not involved with the Giveaway campaign. The name of the witness and their position at Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd will be recorded and kept on file.
      2. If the winner does not respond to the phone call, voicemail or email within 14 business days, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure.

Giveaway Prize Conditions

1. The Giveaway Prize is a digital $1000 Mastercard Gift Card.
2. The voucher is valid for 36 months.

4. The Giveaway Prize will be delivered or emailed to the winner via email within 7 business days after the winner accepts the prize.
5. The Giveaway Prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions of Air Liquide Healthcare.
6. Air Liquide Healthcare shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense damage or claim whatsoever arising from any act, omission or default (whether negligent or otherwise) of the Visa Gift Card, any of its providers or their respective agents, employees or contractors.
