Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this Giveaway is Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd ACN 002 653 045 of Suite 4, 247 Coward Street, Mascot NSW 2020. 

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of any company associated with the Giveaway and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
• Employees of Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd, its contractors, related agencies or immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway.
• By participating in this Giveaway entrants release Instagram from any and all responsibility related to this Giveaway, agree to Instagram’s terms of use and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

• Enter the Giveaway contest by following our page and leaving a comment on the Giveaway post. The Giveaway contest commences at 1:00pm on 19 March 2021 (AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight time) and closes at 11:59pm on 14 December 2021 AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight time). 
• Entries accepted when the Giveaway post is live and closes at 11:59pm on the end date provided on the post.

Winner determination

• One winner will be drawn on each of the following dates in 2021: March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, July 30, August 31, September 30, October 29, November 30, December 15.
• Each contestant will be numbered by the Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd Marketing Department and the winner will be selected randomly using the random number generated (https://www.calculator.net/random-number-generator.html). A history of each draw will be kept on file.
• The Giveaway will be witnessed by one Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd employee who is not involved with the Giveaway campaign. The name of the witness and their position at Air Liquide Healthcare Pty Ltd will be recorded and kept on file.
• The winner will be notified by an Instagram Direct Message within 2 days of being drawn. 
• If the winner does not respond to the direct message notification and/or provide an address to send the Giveaway prize within 2 business days of the direct message being sent, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn.
• Winners will be announced on the Air Liquide Healthcare Sleep Solutions Instagram page. Air Liquide Healthcare Sleep Solutions Instagram will notify the winner by replying to their comment on the Giveaway post. The reply will read “Congratulations, you are the winner!”.

• The Giveaway prizes will be delivered to the winner via courier within 7 business days after announcing the winner.  
• The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
