Eligibility and Duration
This is an exclusive promotional offer valid for Patients who had their Philips Dreamstation CPAP machine replaced in the context of Philips CPAP recall. Valid from 1 September to 30 November 2026, or strictly while stocks last. The offer applies to the purchase of selected promotional items (excluding Fitpack, Baby & Child Masks). Machine promo codes must be applied at checkout for online purchases. Free mask (valued up to $299) is not available for online delivery and must be claimed and collected in-clinic upon presentation of a valid purchase receipt or made as an in-clinic purchase. Orders placed outside of this specific timeframe will not be eligible for the offer pricing or discounts.
Exclusions and Limitations
Discounts and promotional items apply only to selected CPAP machines and masks as marked during the promotional period. Excludes Fitpack, Baby & Child Masks. The sale excludes capital equipment (other than specified CPAP devices), custom-order items, installation services, and products governed by existing contractual pricing agreements. Offer pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or forward-dated for future fulfillment beyond the standard delivery window. Discounts are applied before shipping charges. The promotion may include the sale of medical devices. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. This offer cannot be combined with any other sale offer, existing promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, or volume pricing incentives unless explicitly stated otherwise by Air Liquide Healthcare. The promotion is valid for customers residing in Australia and for delivery to Australian addresses only. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment.
